Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026-07-13

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your giving of donations and registration for events with Samuel Company Ministries (“the Church”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or giving to us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

  • Name: Samuel Company Ministries
  • NPO registration number: [to be completed]
  • Address: 32 Gazelle Close, Randjespark, Midrand, 1685
  • Email: admin@samuelcompanyministries.org

2. Use of This Website

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, sermons, and livestreams, is owned by or licensed to the Church and is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the website or use it in any unlawful way.

3. Donations & Giving

You can give to the Church by EFT (bank transfer), PayShap, or online through our third-party payment processor, PayFast.

  • Donations are voluntary gifts in South African Rand (ZAR). No goods or services are provided in return.
  • Online card and instant-EFT payments are processed by PayFast. Your use of PayFast is also subject to their terms. The Church does not receive or store your card details.
  • The Church is a registered non-profit organisation but is not approved to issue Section 18A certificates. Donations are therefore not tax-deductible.
  • Donations are non-refundable, except for genuine errors (for example a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount). To request a review of such an error, email admin@samuelcompanyministries.org within 30 days of the transaction.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

4. Event Registrations & Payments

The Church sometimes hosts events that require payment. Event fees are payable in ZAR via EFT, PayShap, or PayFast. Because a paid event is a purchase of services, the Consumer Protection Act applies to it.

  • If you cancel: you may receive a full or partial refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event. After that, event fees are non-refundable, but your registration may be transferred to another person. To request a refund or transfer, email admin@samuelcompanyministries.org.
  • If we cancel or postpone an event: you may choose either a full refund or to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date.
  • Registrations are personal to you. Accurate details are required, and capacity or eligibility limits may apply.

5. Third-Party Links

This website links to third-party services (such as YouTube, Zoom, and PayFast). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites and services.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The website and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Church is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page.
